Their existing website was not a true reflection of the successful brand that Smiths City is and customers’ expectations were not being met in terms of design, user experience, and importantly the site did not accurately display inventory, product and promotional pricing offers.
With Clemenger BBDO as their core partner managing multiple stakeholders, Smiths City have now launched an innovative and responsive e-Commerce website.
